<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a safe starting operation and an effective power generation, and a safe braking/stopping. <P>SOLUTION: This wind generation device comprises a windmill 101 for receiving a wind force; a rotating shaft 102 rotating together with the windmill 101; a generator/motor 103 for generating power, by converting a turning force obtained by a rotation of the rotating shaft 102, and driving the rotating shaft 102 by converting the supplied power into a turning force for rotating the rotating shaft 102; an anemometer 104 for detecting a wind speed; a rotating speed detecting section 105 for detecting a rotating speed of the rotating shaft 102; a control section 118 for performing control so that either the power generation by the generator/motor 103 or the driving of the rotating shaft 102 is conducted on the basis of a detection wind speed detected by the anemometer 104 and a detection rotating speed detected by the rotational speed detecting section 105. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
