DUST COLLECTION-FUNCTIONAL HONEYCOMBED STRUCTURE OF CATALYST-SUPPORTABLE OXIDE CERAMICS AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collection-functional honeycombed structure of catalyst-supportable oxide ceramics and its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: This honeycombed structure of catalyst-supportable oxide ceramics has a function of effectively removing the dust or particulate material contained in an air current, namely, capturing the dust or particulate material of 0.1-10 μm existing in the gas flowing in the honeycombed structure. The inner wall of the honeycombed structure manufactured from the catalyst-supportable oxide ceramics is coated with an acicular crystal having ≥50% porosity in a stratified form.
