PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy maintenance work for an environment filter, including dirt inspection check, cleaning and replacement. SOLUTION: In this ventilating device, a cleaning space 8 is sectionedly formed in a vent (sector) hole so that periodic cleaning (or regeneration) of the environment filter 6 and (non-periodic or quickly responsive) cleaning (or regeneration) of the environment filter depending on its dirt conditions (changes) are both automatically controlled with a timer and by a differential pressure sensor 13, respectively. Herein, normal ventilation (drive) as well as the cleaning (regeneration) of the environment filter are totally controlled, achieving a labor saving and fully automatic maintenance work.
