PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage each piece of document information and memorandum information to allow communication with a plurality of persons. SOLUTION: A display control server manages campus information used by a plurality of users and definition information defining a user according to set requirement of a leading user side terminal, transmits the campus information to an authenticated user side terminal, and transmits the memorandum information or deletion information about the memorandum information whose transmission is requested from the user side terminal to a prescribed user side terminal on the basis of the definition information. The user side terminal receives the memorandum information or the deletion information about the memorandum information produced and transmitted by another participant together with the campus information, deletes display or the displayed memorandum information, produces and displays the memorandum information on a campus, adds information showing a producer, and transmits the memorandum information or the deletion information to the display control server.
