PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a valve open/close not by the deformation but by displacement of the valve body, and to make the valve close when a driving pressure is decreased, and to miniaturize a driving part. SOLUTION: A pressure governor 31 opens/closes the valve 33 by a driving pressure generated on the basis of a primary pressure and a secondary pressure so that the secondary pressure can be maintained to be a predetermined value. In the valve 33, a piston 36 being a valve body is put through a through-hole 35 formed in a partition 34. The piston is configured as a hollow cylinder body, and a driving pressure is applied to the bottom face 36a of the piston 36 in a driving chamber 37. The driving pressure is made to pressurize the bottom face 36a so that the piston 36 can be lifted up against an energizing force from a spring 40. The side face 36b of the piston 36 has a plurality of vent holes 36c, and the upper edge is sealed with a cover 36d. When the piston 36 is lifted up according as the pressure is applied to the bottom face 36a, a channel from an upstream side 32a through the vent holes 36c provided on the side face to a downstream 32b is formed.
