PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cradle with a waterproof function which has terminals for connection to the outside so as to maintain watertightness. SOLUTION: The cradle 10 with the waterproof function is constituted of a cradle cap 12 and a cradle base 14 and houses a digital camera 40 therein. The top surface 14a of the cradle base is provided with a sound/video output terminal 20, a USB terminal 21 and a power supply terminal 22. Each of the terminals are connectably arranged in such a manner that pin terminals are pushed in from above. The top surface 14a of the cradle base 14 of which the water tightness is maintained by the cradle cap 12 is provided with the terminal for electric connection to external apparatus and therefore the trouble, such as the formation of rust at the terminals, can be prevented by maintaining the watertightness of the terminals.
