PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens meter which can measure a shape of a lens to be measured and obtains a true refraction and a lens shape factor simultaneously, in the lens meter measuring a rear side refraction of the lens to be measured. SOLUTION: In the lens meter, a plurality of light sources 3 locating a displaced position from an optical axis are mounted on a focusing position plane of a condenser lens 4, and a light projection system is set so as to impinge a parallel light flux from a plurality of directions into the lens 1 to be measured. Each light flux is led to a light receiving element 9. From the signal obtained, a focal length (refraction) and the lens shape factor of the lens to be measured are calculated by a processing system 10.
