NONSPECIFIC REACTION ABSORBENT FOR IMMUNITY INSPECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonspecific reaction absorbent capable of obtaining more effective nonspecific reaction suppressing effect, and a measuring method with suppressed nonspecific reaction. SOLUTION: A water extract of a cell constituent which is a cell of the same sort as a producing cell of an antigen or an antibody used for immunity inspection and does not contain the antigen or the antibody is heat-treated. This nonspecific reaction absorbent for immunity inspection is obtained by removing the generated insoluble fraction from the water extract. This measuring method adds the nonspecific reaction absorbent for immunity inspection to a buffer solution for reaction of immunity inspection. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
