PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height adjustment device of an elevator door hanger capable of safely and efficiently adjusting the position in the vertical direction of a car door. SOLUTION: A door hanger rail bracket 3 fixed to an upper part of a back angle 2 in a vertical movable manner is provided. A support bracket 11 is fixed to an upper part of the back angle above a door hanger rail bracket. A jack bolt 14 penetrating the door hanger rail bracket is fixed to the support bracket so as to be protruded downwardly in the vertical direction.
