PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bristle material for toothbrush and a toothbrush, which have a suitable flexibility, and improved cleaning performance and comfortable feeling, while maintaining small elastic deformation in water absorption of a polyester resin and excellent durability. SOLUTION: The bristle material for toothbrush and the toothbrush includes monofilament bristles having a flexing resiliency of≥65 % obtained by melt-spinning the mixture of 95-55 wt.% of polyester resin and 5-45 wt.% of polyester elastomer.
