Disclosed are fermented milks enriched with iron, which have been obtained by adding an emulsifier-coated ferric pyrophosphate composition to acidified milks subjected to lactic acid fermentation, and a process for producing the iron-enriched fermented milks; and fermented milks enriched with iron, which have been obtained by further adding vitamin C to the iron-enriched fermented milks such that the following formula is satisfied: $wherein\; X:\; the\; content\; (mg)\; of\; iron\; in\; said\; emulsifier-coated\; ferric\; pyrophosphate\; composition\; per\; 100\; g\; of\; the\; product,\; and\; Y:\; the\; content\; (mg)\; of\; vitamin\; C\; per\; 100\; g\; of\; the\; product,\; and\; a\; process\; for\; producing\; the\; fermented\; milks\; enriched\; with\; iron\; and\; vitamin\; C.$
