A vacuum syringe, comprising a displacer in the form of twin rotatable symmetrical drive screws disposed in the inner cavity of a static barrel having injecting, mixing and clearing parts and a vacuum creating means connected to the barrel near the screw clearing part, characterized in that a number of passages and a screw stroke in its clearing part is more than in the injection part. 2. The vacuum syringe of claim 1, characterized in that the end face of at least one turn of the screw clearing part coincides with the end face of the turn of the adjoining part. 3. The vacuum syringe of claim 1, characterized in that the end face of additional screw(s) of the clearing part from the side of the injection part is perpendicular to the screw axis.
