<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track ball capable of preventing a ball from lifting, having excellent operation feeling and capable of accurately detecting rotation rate. <P>SOLUTION: The track ball has the ball 11 for operation, means 67, 68 for supporting the ball 11 from a lower position in a manner rotatable in perimeter direction as well as a hold-down mechanisms 44, 45 and 46 for limiting upward lift of the ball in a state that the ball is rotatable in the perimeter direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
