<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing support device for easily preparing a manufacturing plan to efficiently manufacture products. <P>SOLUTION: The support device prepares the manufacturing plan, based on manufacturing, inventory and shipping results by an operation support system 2 of a manufacturing management system 1 for setting conditions to control an operation state of a manufacturing facility for manufacturing the products in a manufacturing control system. The support device acquires a shipping plan through a manufacturing support system 3 of the management system 1, and acquires inventory information from the support system 2 and calculates a manufacturing necessary quantity associated with a shipping mode of the products to prepare a production plan. The support device prepares and corrects the manufacturing plan, based on the production plan. Thereby, the manufacturing plan for manufacturing the products short in the current inventory quantity in consideration of a shipping schedule is automatically prepared, a manufacturing plan for efficient manufacture, e.g., the manufacturing plan to bring an inventory quantity which hardly causes shortage or an over inventory and maintaining a small inventory, can be easily prepared, by manufacturing the products, based on the manufacturing plan, in comparison with the manufacturing with the manufacturing plan prepared based on the manufacturing result information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
