WIRELESS TRANSMISSION APPARATUS, WIRELESS RECEIVING APPARATUS, AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the improvement effect of an error rate characteristic by retransmission when combining a concatenate code with a retransmission technology.

SOLUTION: Transmission data of an interleave pattern different for each retransmission are given to an external coding processing section 33 for carrying out coding processing with a strong correction capability against a burst error like Reed-Solomon coding via an interleaver 31. Further, an inner coding processing section 33 carries out coding processing with a strong correction capability against a random error such as turbo coding. Since a coder side transmits an external code parity bit different for each retransmission and a decoder side uses the external code parity bit different for each retransmission for the number of retransmission times to carry out external code decoding processing, the correction capability of the burst error is enhanced. As a result, since a synthesis gain by the inner code processing and the diversity effect by the external code can be acquired through the retransmission, the effect of the retransmission is sufficiently utilized and both random error and burst error can effectively be reduced.
