PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a base metal from adhering to a hot-metal ladle for desulfurizing a charged molten pig iron while stirring it with a stirring blade, and to the stirring blade. SOLUTION: The hot-metal ladle for desulfurizing the charged molten pig iron while stirring it with the stirring blade, has a baffle material 7 against the stirring of the molten pig iron so as to protrude toward the inside, on the inner wall 2 of the hot-metal ladle 1. The protruding amount B of the baffle material 7 from the inner wall 2 of the hot-metal ladle 1 is preferably 0.01 to 0.15 by a ratio with respect to an inner diameter D of the hot-metal ladle 1, and the width W of the baffle material 7 is preferably one-half or less of the protruding amount B.
