PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter for a rolling stock capable of attaching and detaching supplies without changing external shapes of the supplies inside a device case. SOLUTION: In the power converter for the rolling stock equipped under a floor of the rolling stock 1, hanging lugs 3 that are attaching fittings projected from the upper part of the device to be fitted to the rolling stock body 1 are provided so that all of the hanging lugs 3 are not arranged on the same horizontal planes in the device height direction, but at least one of the hanging lugs 3 has a different height.
