PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radial air gap-type permanent-magnet motor with two-layered air gap structure to increase its output and torque. SOLUTION: Rotors 10 and 11 are disposed inside and outside a stator 14, and two layers of air gaps are provided. The stator 14 is constituted of 3m (m: positive integer) tooth portions 14d which are composed of laminates of electromagnetic steel plates each having three-phase concentrated winding 14c formed between outer radius-side teeth 14a and inner radius-side teeth 14b and are disposed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. The two rotors 10 and 11 are integrally coupled together at their ends on one side. At least either rotor is provided with a permanent magnet having 2n (n: positive integer) poles.
