PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software downloading terminal with which the user can unconsciously upgrade a software in the terminal by downloading the software by only downloading the absolute minimum file of the files constituting the software and, in addition, can reduce the transmitting bands of the software by making the software transmittable as a program by dividing time when the transmission of the software is required by transmitting the software as the component of a conventional program. SOLUTION: A software managing means 101 transmits set-up information 121 managed by means of a software managing means 101 together with the software by incorporating the information 121 in program guidance. The software downloading terminal collates the terminal management table 122 managed by means of a terminal information managing means 110, a version management table 123 managed by means of a version managing means 112, and the set-up information 121 with each other.
