PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic endoscope with easy production, assembling and maintenance not based on complicate structure, capability of the whole circumference scanning without an enlarged diameter of a pointed head part and excellent durability and maneuverability by improving the resistance to bending of a curved portion. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic endoscope includes an ultrasonic block on which two or more oscillators are fixed in an annular arrangement and an endoscope block which is disposed at the pointed head portion through an inner lumen part of the two or more oscillators disposed in the annular arrangement, wherein the endoscope block having a balloon plumbing duct can be attached to and removed from the ultrasonic block, and the endoscope block and the ultrasonic block are constituted to be separated bodies. Also, a casing with an approximately cylindrical shape covering two or more signal cables which are electrically connected to each of the two or more oscillators is fixed on the ultrasonic block.
