PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts of a controller board for a microcomputer applied apparatus. SOLUTION: This program writing system is provided with: the controller board 10 including a CPU 11 and a control program storage part 12 storing a control program carried out by the CPU 11; an external storage device 3 storing a rewrite program; and a relay board 2 for connecting the external storage device 3 connected thereto, to the controller board 10.
