PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch between a case where a function of a counter balance valve is made effective in accordance with type of attachment and a case where it is quickly turned by gravity to enable operation suitable for work contents by the attachment in a work vehicle such as a lift truck provided with the counter balance valve. SOLUTION: An operate check valve 16a is arranged in the counter balance valve 16 provided in a tilt cylinder 8, and an electromagnetic selector valve 20, a controller 40 driving and controlling the electromagnetic selector valve 20, and an attachment setting switch 41 are additionally provided. An output port of the electromagnetic selector valve 20 and a Pc port which is a pilot port of the operate check valve 16a are mutually connected by a pilot pipe passage 37.
