PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for an anchor bolt, which enables the anchor bolt to be accurately and easily located in a form of a foundation rise so as not to be displaced, and which enables the height of the anchor bolt to be accurately and easily adjusted. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure for the anchor bolt 10, a lower part is embedded for fixation in concrete 31 which constitutes the foundation rise 30, so that the anchor bolt can be installed in such a manner that a tip part of a male screw part 15 passes through a sill 32 placed on the foundation rise 30 and protrudes above the sill 32. The mounting structure for the anchor bolt comprises: a positioning plate member 12 which is installed in the paired forms 11 in such a manner as to straddle the forms 11; a locating sleeve 13 which is detachably positioned and fixed in the state of being erected on the plate member 12 and whose inner peripheral surface has a female screw part 14; and the anchor bolt 10 which is mounted in the state of being positioned and height-adjusted with respect to the forms 11, by screwing the screw part 15 into the screw part 14 from below.
