PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user address having simplicity, transparency and anonymity for a user, and further having identifiability of the user and reliability. SOLUTION: The address management device in a message media integrated environment correlates a first address (UID) intrinsic to a user, one or more second addresses (CID) set by the user in correspondence with the first address and an actual address actually used when a message is delivered, and converts the message to be delivered into forms suitable for message media of the respective correlated addresses to deliver the message individually. The management of addresses in the relation of users who make communication realizes automatic address conversion to reduce the burden on the users and inhibits the transmission of an erroneous address.
