PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a metal nitride crystal having a shape other than the thin film shape. SOLUTION: The metal nitride crystal has a flower-like shape such that at least three pieces of a metal nitride hexagonal crystal, each having a multiangular pyramid shape at its tip end, are each connected to a base part.
