PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for a paper roll core enabling the common use of a paper roll even if the outer diameter dimensions and engagement means of paper roll mounting shafts at the paper feed parts of sorting/packaging machines used are different from each other. SOLUTION: This attachment 15 for a paper roll core is used by fitting on an existing core 6 fitted to the paper roll mounting shaft supporting the paper roll core 12 for packaging, and a plate spring 17' as a locking means locked to the inner peripheral surface of the paper roll core 12 is fitted to the outer peripheral surface part of the attachment 15.
