PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reduce a cost of a waterproofing film to be fitted to a vehicle door. SOLUTION: A waterproofing film covering nearly the entire area of the cabin inside of an inner panel including a hole part 1 and a water drain hole 11 is adhered to the inner panel with regard to a vehicle in which a speaker cannot be fitted to the inner panel. With regard to a vehicle in which the speaker can be fitted to the inner panel, however, the hole part 1 for installing a speaker 3 to the inner panel of the vehicle door and the water drain hole 11 are formed therein, and the waterproofing film 15, which has an outer shape same as the waterproofing film and in which a hole 12 and a cutout 14 are formed at positions nearly matching the hole part 1 and the water drain hole 11, is adhered to the inner panel so as to cover nearly entirely the cabin inside of the inner panel excluding the hole part 1 and the water drain hole 11.
