PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for a bed installed vehicle which can easily perform the air-conditioning of a bed room, and also, by which air volumes on the vent side and the bed side can be adjusted. SOLUTION: In this air-conditioner for the bed installed vehicle which is applied to the vehicle in the cabin of which the bed room is provided, a blower 2 which takes in air to the air-conditioner 1, a cooler 3 and a heater 4 which are provided on the downstream side of the blower 2, a distribution chamber 5 which branches the air-conditioned air from the cooler 3 or the heater 4 to a duct 9 for ventilation, a duct 10 for defrosting, a duct 11 for the bed and a duct 12 for a foot area are provided. At respective duct entrances in the distribution chamber, an opening/closing door 9a for ventilation, an opening/closing door 10a for defrosting, an opening/closing door 11a for the bed and an opening/closing door 12a for the foot area are provided, and the respective opening/closing doors can independently be opened/closed.
