A vector for use in the nucleic acid protection from enzymes through, after conglomeratization of a nucleic acid, arranging a vector containing a cationic polymer around the agglomerates. In particular, a vector comprising a polymer having a branched chain. Preferably, a 3, 4 or 6-branched chain is bonded to a benzene ring. It is preferred that the number of branched chains be large. The branched chain preferably consists of a vinyl type acrylic polymer. This vector can be synthesized by reacting a dithiocarbamate compound with an acrylamide monomer for branched chain.
