Colored music notation system and method of colorizing music notation

The method of musical notation uses seven colors that represent the seven natural notes in an octave where matching color labels can be placed onto a keyboard or piano. A Musical Instrument Digital Interface (MIDI) file can be input into a musical notation editing program and assign colors to the notes before printing as desired. An independent claim is also included for the colorized music score.
