A shaft (35b) is positioned between a worm wheel gear (35) and a sub wheel gear (50) so that the gears are positioned on a different plane to each other. The gears are accommodated within a housing (33), while an output rod (31) is operatively connected to the sub wheel gear and adjusted to change an engagement condition of a clutch assembly (20). An independent claim is also included for a transmission system.
