The binder comprises a resin having a softening point which makes the resin suitable as a binder resin of a toner. The binder comprises polyol resin, polyester resin, styrene, single polymer of substituted product, styrene group copolymer, acrylic resin, methacryl resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, epoxy resin, silicone resin, polyamide resin, formaldehyde resin, xylene resin, polyvinyl butyral, terpene resin, cumarone indene resin, diene group resin, maleic resin, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, polyethylene-polyvinyl acetate resin, and/or petroleum group resin. An independent claim is included for granulation molding.
