A multilayer ceramic composition (1) comprises a layer of dielectric material (M1) (11) with a dielectric constant of K1 having a buried passive component (15); and a layer of dielectric material M2 (12) with a dielectric constant of K2 having a buried passive component which is set under the layer of dielectric material M1. A multilayer ceramic composition comprises layer of dielectric material (M1) with a dielectric constant (K1) of having a buried passive component; and layer of dielectric material (M2) with a dielectric constant (K2) of having a buried passive component which is set under the layer of dielectric material (M1), where K1 differs from K2, and the layer of dielectric material (M1) and the layer of dielectric material M2 prevent each other from shrinkage in the X and Y dimensions during firing.
