PURPOSE: A fluid injection apparatus using a hydraulic pressure is provided to ensure safe injection of a liquid-phase medicine to children patients, and to eliminate troublesome repetitive opening and closing operations of a cap in case of various cosmetics and seasoning containers. CONSTITUTION: When a cap(4) fitted with a packing is fastened to the upper end screw portion of a transparent soft bottle(2) marked at the outer peripheral surface thereof with degrees, the cap contains a first inner tube drilled with a hole(11), and a second inner tube drilled with a hole(12). In the first inner tube is mounted an open side of a suction tube, and in the second inner tube is mounted a closed side of a discharge tube, thereby allowing the lower end of the discharge tube to approach the bottom of the bottle when the cap is completely fastened. Into the hole of the second inner tube is fitted a hose(10), or a cap adapted to push a soft ball included under an annular jaw portion of the first inner tube by using a spring. Into the second inner tube is fitted a tube, so that the lower end of the tube approaches to the bottom of the bottle when the cap is completely fastened.
