FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a preparation used for treatment and prophylaxis of pathological injures of vessels and tissues. The preparation comprises active components heparin, dexpanthenol and venorutinol, unhydrous hydrophilic solvent and water taken in the definite ratio of components. Gel-forming agent based on rare-cross-linked polyacrylic acid, capbopol-980, is used and also propylene glycol as a solvent, and sodium hydroxide as an alkaline base, and also chelating compound (Trilon B) and purified water.
