A control circuit (120) controls the speeding up of the transition from on-state to the off state of pull-up driving (P1), during switching of control signal from enable state to disable state in which the pull-up transistor and pull-down transistor (N1) of tri-state buffer circuit are turned OFF to set to the output to high impedance state.
