The floor panel structure includes a floor panel (F1) made of resin integrally forming a spare tire storage space (S1), and a trunk board (B1) made of resin arranged to cover the floor panel. Fitting parts are integrally formed in the floor panel and trunk board, respectively to achieve the closure of the spare tire storage space.
