Convertible sofa with improved comfort

The sofa-bed has a seating structure (15) slidingly mounted with a base on a rail, to pass between two positions defining structure of a seat and a bed, respectively. A backrest structure is pivotally mounted around a transversal axis and stopped in a position by the rail. The rail is inclined against a support plane so that seating structure pivots around the rail with an angle opposite to a seating structure inclination.
