PURPOSE: A device for transmitting a reserved message is provided to transmit a reserved message of an originating-side subscriber to a receiver at a desired time if the originating-side subscriber inputs the reserved message and message transmission conditions, thereby realizing user's convenience by transmitting the message without accessing another server. CONSTITUTION: A reserved message transmission device(20) comprises as follows. A reserved message controller(22) controls each unit to reserve a message. A time checking unit(23) informs a user of time information. An ACS(Automatic Calling Service) unit(24) performs an automatical dialing function. A reserved information storage(25) stores reserved information. A reserved message storage(26) stores a reserved message. A data transmitting/receiving unit(21) for transmitting/receiving data is used for a call and communication in connection with the reserved message transmission device(20). The data transmitting/receiving unit(21) further includes a function for transceiving the reserved message.
