PURPOSE: A disposable safety injector is provided to eliminate a procedure of covering a needle cap for the disposal of the used injector, and to prevent the operator's hand from coming into direct contact with an injector needle, eliminating the risk of infection through a wound. CONSTITUTION: The safety injector comprises an outer container(105) having a tapered discharge hole; a needle cap(106) integrally connected to the outer container so that it is separated from the outer container as a first connector(111) thereof is cut according to forward movement of a push rod(103) installed in the outer container; a gasket(140) adapted to expand the discharge hole according to the forward movement of the rod and to easily discharge a needle hub from a recess formed around the discharge hole without preventing unintentional separation of the hub from a hook portion of the rod; and a connection unit adapted to separate the rod from the hub by cutting a second connector therebetween and to introduce an injector needle into the outer container according to rearward movement of the rod.
