FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating and preventing relapses of uncomplicated forms of erosive-ulcerous gastric and duodenal destructions. The method deals with enteral intake of antibacterial and antisecretory preparations. Moreover, as antibacterial one should apply the solution of hydrated silver in distillate at daily dosage being 70 mcg silver, not more for 20 d, not longer. Additionally, one should perform endoscopic irrigation of ulcerous defect with solution of hydrated silver in distillate at concentration of 2 mg/l at the quantity of 20 ml. The method provides accelerated healing of ulcerous defect due to impact upon pathogenic microflora and improved microcirculation around ulcerous defect at minimal toxic impact of silver onto the body. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy and prophylaxis. ^ 1 cl, 2 ex |
