The conductive resin (10) is applied into ink chambers (26) and protruding surfaces of a piezoelectric substrate (60). The grinding process is performed to remove conductive resin from the protruding surfaces of ink chamber walls so that conductive resin in the ink chamber acts as an electrode for external connection. An independent claim is also included for inkjet head.
