PREPARATION METHOD OF PROTEIN CELLULOSE COMPOSITE POLYMER, USING COMPLEX, VEGETABLE TANNIN, NATURAL RESIN AND ALKALI METAL SALT TO EGG-SHELL MEMBRANE

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a protein cellulose composite polymer, a protein cellulose composite polymer prepared by the method and paint and wallpaper or artificial leather, a non-woven and a panel prepared from the composite polymer are provided, to improve storage stability, physical properties and environmental friendliness. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of adding a complex, vegetable tannin, a natural resin and an alkali metal salt to an egg-shell membrane. Preferably the method comprises the steps of (I) adding a complex to an egg-shell membrane by reaction bonding to coordinate a metal powder(B1); adding a vegetable tannin to the obtained reaction mixture to combine a tannin powder(C1); (II) adding a rosin soap(B1) and a dry oil sulfur balsam (B2) to charge it; (III) adding an alkali metal salt(D) to open some hydrogen bonding of 3D peptide bonding of proteins; and (IV) shearing the obtained reaction mixture. The obtained protein cellulose composite polymer has a size of 5-50,000,000 nm.
