The device has a principle body with a feeler that moves with respect to the body. A guide that is mounted to move with respect to the body contains a set of pointers. A pointer is arranged to be displaced at the time of sliding of the guide. Another guide is displaced during the movement of the former slide opposite to gradations disposed on a region with respect to the principle body. The distance between the two pointers of the guide such that the former pointer on the gradations indicates the height, in millimeters, of a cut to be realized in posterior so that the implant perfectly levels at the level of the anterior cortex.
