PURPOSE: A probing pad(PP) of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel is provided to use the same check jig and device regardless of the size of the LCD panel, thereby reducing the number of check devices and a jig replacing time in the check devices. CONSTITUTION: Plural gate bus lines(530) and data bus lines(520) are formed on a glass substrate with a matrix shape. A switching device is formed at the point crossed by the gate and data bus lines. A pixel electrode connected to the switching device is formed at the region encapsulated by the gate and data bus lines. Plural probing pads(590,591,592,593) for checking electrical functions of the LCD panels are fixed on opposite edges of the glass substrate and connected to a selected one of the gate and data bus lines.
