A fastener which can be used for securing a bad liner 38 to a truck bed 39, wherein the bed liner 38 has at least one hole passing there through, the fastener comprising two opposed clamping members 1, 4 connected through the hole in the bed liner 38 and operable to clamp the bed liner 38 and a portion of the truck bed 39 there between to provide a secure connection. The fastener is further provided with a guiding rod 14 to assist in the mounting of the fastener, which can be carried out while the two clamping members 1, 4 are connected to one another, and a tie-down ring 3 attached to one of the clamping members to allow a rope 45, or similar strap, to be attached thereto. The clamping members 1, 4 may be operated along a screw thread 9. |
