PURPOSE: Provided are a liquid crystal film which has good heat resistance and mechanical strength and is improved in hardness, an optical film containing the liquid crystal film and a LCD device where the optical film is loaded. CONSTITUTION: The liquid crystal film is obtained by fixing the alignment structure of a liquid crystal material comprising at least one kind of side chain-type polymer liquid crystal substance obtained by polymerizing the (meth)acryl part of a (meth)acryl compound containing an oxetanyl group represented by the formula 1 or copolymerizing the compound with other (meth)acryl compounds and a bifunctional low molecular weight liquid crystal substance containing two oxetanyl groups represented by the formula 2, wherein R1 is H or a methyl group; R2, R3 and R4 are independently H, a methyl group or an ethyl group; L1, L2, L3 and L4 are independently a single bond, -O-, -O-CO- or -CO-O-; and l, m, n and o are independently an integer of 0-10. |
