摘要 PURPOSE: A simple signal transmission circuit is provided, which reduce power consumption even when the frequency of a transmission signal is above 200MHz. CONSTITUTION: The signal transmission circuit includes the first and the second power supply line(VDD,GND) and the first transmission line(R1). The first transmitters(TX1) are connected to the input of the first transmission line, and receive power by the first and the second power supply port, and transmit a signal corresponding to the first input signal to the input of the first transmission line. The first receivers(RX1) are connected to the output of the first transmission line, and receive power by the first and the second power supply port, and receive the transmitted signal, and generate a voltage adjusted signal by adjusting a voltage of the received signal according to bias voltages(VB3), and generate the first output signal(HCKout) by adjusting the waveform of the voltage adjusted signal. And bias circuits(BC) are connected to the first receivers, and receive power by the first and the second power supply port, and generate the bias voltages by differentially amplifying the first output signal and its inverted signal.
