The device comprises two sponges (2, 3) secured to the flag pole by a cable (1) engaged with slots (4) in two opposite length sides of the sponges. The cable is tied around the flag pole as a loop which can be pulled along with the lower part (10) of the flag rope. The upper part (9) of the flag rope is secured between the two sponges and used to raise the cleaning device up the flag pole. |
