PURPOSE: Provided are a polyacrylonitrile hollow fiber membrane having a pore size which is not greater than 5 μm and becomes greater from the outer surface thereof to the inner surface thereof, and a method for fabricating the same. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) preparing spinning solution containing acrylonitrile based polymer, additives, solvent and 0.001-10 wt% of dimethacrylates, (b) spinning using the spinning solution of the step (a), (c) passing the fiber obtained at the step (b) through air gap, and (d) freezing and washing the fiber, wherein 1.1-5 times drawing of the fiber is performed during the freezing step.
